Privacy policy
This page explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how you take back control of it. It covers the accelere-studio.com website and our social media publishing tool, Accelere Publication.
Version of 2 September 2026.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Artisans de la Régénération (a French SARL with share capital of 1 000 €, company number 841 449 382, trade register Bourg-en-Bresse B 841 449 382), operating under the trade name Accelere.
- Registered office14 Passage de la Moutarde, 01510 Virieu-le-Grand, France
- Legal representativeAxel Rihs, managing director
- Data contactcontact@accelere-studio.com
Our company is not required to appoint a data protection officer and has not appointed one. Any question or request about your data is handled directly at the address above.
2. Contact form and free audit
When you write to us or request an audit, we collect your email address, name, phone number, website address and message. We use them to answer you, send you your diagnostic and discuss your project.
The legal basis is twofold: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in promoting our services and following up on our exchanges (Article 6.1.f).
In practice, an audit request triggers:
- an immediate confirmation email, with your score and the first priorities;
- a detailed report a few hours later, once the full analysis is complete;
- then two follow-up emails, a few days apart, to find out whether the subject is of interest to you.
This follow-up stops as soon as you reply, and every email lets you object in one click. Your data is kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted.
3. Audits run without a form
The audit tool on our website works without registration: anyone can enter a website address and get a score. For each analysis we record the address of the audited site, the score obtained, a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address, the browser used and the page the request came from. This allows us to protect the service, limit the number of requests per visitor and monitor how the tool is used. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing and improving a service we make freely available.
We then read the public pages of the audited site (legal notice, contact page, terms of sale) in order to identify the company and a way to reach it: business email address, phone number, company name, name of the director. This information is already published by the company itself and relates to its business activity. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering our services between professionals.
You can object at any time by sending an email to contact@accelere-studio.com: we then delete the corresponding record. In any case this information is kept for no more than three years.
4. The enriched report and artificial intelligence
The detailed report sent after an audit is written with the help of artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude, with Groq as a fallback). These models receive the public content of the analysed website and, where the company has one, the public titles and captions of its YouTube channel, read through the YouTube Data API.
No data from your form is sent to these providers beyond what the analysis requires, namely the website address and its public content. We do not use this content to train models.
5. Analytics and cookies
We measure website traffic with PostHog, set to cookieless mode and hosted on its European infrastructure: no cookie is placed, no persistent identifier is stored in your browser, and the data is aggregated. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is likewise cookieless and aggregated.
This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party targeting trackers. That is why you see no consent banner: the analytics we run fall within the exemptions defined by the French data protection authority.
The agency's internal dashboards, which are not publicly accessible, set a technical session cookie that is strictly necessary to authenticate our own accounts.
6. Booking a meeting
Meetings are booked through Cal.com. The information you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) is processed by Cal.com as a service provider, under its own privacy policy, and reaches us so that we can arrange the meeting.
7. Accelere Publication, our social media tool
Accelere Publication is our tool for scheduling and publishing content on social networks. It is reserved for the agency and its clients: there is no open sign-up and no public access. It is built on the open source software Postiz, which we host ourselves on a dedicated server located in Europe and administered by the agency.
7.1 What we receive from the platforms
When a user connects an account, the platform concerned sends us, after their explicit authorisation:
- the identifier of the connected account, page or channel;
- the display name and profile picture;
- the list of pages, channels or profiles the user administers, so that they can choose which ones to connect;
- the access and refresh tokens that allow publishing on their behalf.
The networks that can be connected are Facebook and Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn, YouTube (Google), TikTok, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest and Mastodon.
7.2 What we then process
The tool stores the content written and scheduled by the user (text, images, videos), the outcome of the publication (success or error, address of the published post) and, where the platform makes them available, the public performance statistics of the posts published by the tool: views, reactions, comments.
7.3 What we do with it, and what we never do
This data serves one purpose only: publishing what the user has scheduled, and showing them the result.
We never do any of the following:
- sell or transfer this data to a third party;
- use it for advertising or ad targeting;
- train artificial intelligence models with it;
- read private messages, inboxes or conversations of the connected accounts;
- publish anything without an action by the user or their organisation.
7.4 How long we keep it
Access tokens are kept for as long as the channel stays connected. They are deleted as soon as the channel is disconnected in the tool, as soon as the authorisation is revoked from the platform, or when the account is deleted. Published content and its statistics are kept for the duration of the client relationship, then deleted no later than ninety days after the end of the service.
7.5 Google and YouTube
Accelere Publication's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Accelere Publication uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel, the user agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and is informed of the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to our tool can be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page.
7.6 Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
The authorisation given to Accelere Publication can be withdrawn from the Facebook or Instagram account settings, under Settings > Apps and websites. Withdrawing the authorisation deletes the corresponding tokens on our side.
7.7 Having your data deleted
The procedure, in two routes, is described on the Data deletion page.
8. Who else sees your data
We sell no data. We rely on the following providers, which act on our behalf and are contractually bound by the same confidentiality obligations:

9. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and, where applicable, the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
- Restriction: ask us to stop using your data temporarily.

12. Security
Exchanges with our services are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to our databases and dashboards is restricted to the people who need it, and social media tokens are stored encrypted. No measure makes a system invulnerable: should a data breach be likely to create a risk to your rights, we notify the supervisory authority and, where the law requires it, the people concerned.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may change, for instance if we add a service or switch provider. The version date at the top of the page shows the last update. In the event of a substantial change, we inform the people concerned by an appropriate means.
14. Contact
